Singapore Athletics has developed the 8th instalment of the Exercise Workout Routine. In this video, we have a variety of easy exercises that your children can do inside or outside the home. These exercises are an exciting way for your children to burn off that pent up energy from staying home, while keeping fit!
To the young athletes, give yourselves a pat on the back for making it this far in our series of exercise routines! Did you know that exercise helps you to build your muscle, strengthen your bones and improve your flexibility? Wait no further and let’s get fit!
Move as fast or as slow as you need to and do not forget to hydrate yourselves!
Have fun trying the workout. Stay healthy and stay active children!
