Singapore Athletics has developed the sixth instalment of the Exercise Workout Routine. We hope to assist children not being able to attend school during the coronavirus outbreak.
To the young athletes, welcome back to the 6th exercise routine video! By now, we hope that you are feeling fitter and more energized from the previous exercise routines. Keep up the good work and let’s get ready for this exercise routine!
Young athletes, do take note: please do not continue with the exercises if you do not feel well. Listen to your body and remember to hydrate yourself regularly.
Have fun trying out these exciting exercises that we have in store for you!
