List of events that have been cancelled:

• Event 225 2000mSC Womens Open, 4.30pm – The fixed steeplechase barrier at the water-jump in Bukit Gombak stadium is damaged and under-repair by SSC.
• Event 225 2000mSC Boys U 17, 4.40pm – The fixed steeplechase barrier at the water-jump in Bukit Gombak stadium is damaged and under-repair by SSC.
• Event 226 3000mSC Mens Open, 4.50pm – The fixed steeplechase barrier at the water-jump in Bukit Gombak stadium is damaged and under-repair by SSC.
• Event 111 2000m Walk Girls and Women Open, 8am – Due to less than 3 entries were received.
• Event 215 400m Women Open, 3pm – Due to less than 3 entries were received.

Registration is closed for this meet.

• In our bid to encourage your participation, SAA is reducing the $10.00 per event entry fee adopted from 2010 to $6.00 per event for the new SAA Track & Field Series 2011.
• We are reviewing the indemnity/parental consent form and will publish the amended forms on SAA Website by Monday, 10 Jan 2011. Hence, individuals, schools, clubs and organizations facing difficulty to submit the indemnity/parental consent forms, duly completed by their athletes, at point of registration, are allowed to submit the indemnity/parental consent forms on competition day. However, please note that athletes without the completed indemnity/consent forms will not be allowed to participate and their entry fees will be forfeited.

Age eligibility:

• Minimum age – 13 (i.e. those born in 1998 & earlier)
• Under 15: as at 31st Dec 2011
• Under 18: as at 31st Dec 2011
• Under 20: as at 31st Dec 2011
• Open: 13 years old and above unless otherwise stated

Note: *2011 SAA Track and Field Series 1 & 2 will be used as the qualifying competitions for the Singapore Junior Athletic Championships 2011 (U15, U18 and U20).

Registration Details

Entry Fees: S$6.00 per event

• Cheque should be made payable to: “SINGAPORE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION”
• Cash payment can be done at the office – 3 Champions Way, Singapore Sports School (Blk 1), #01-10, Singapore 737912
• There will be no refund of entry fees for any withdrawal/ no-show after the closing date

Closing date: Friday, 7 January 2011 Registration is closed for this meet.

• Entries must reach us BEFORE the stipulated closing date
• All late entries WILL NOT be entertained
• Athlete is to fill up the Indemnity Form and submit together with their entries
• Submission of entries can be done by:

  • Mail: 3 Champions Way, Singapore Sports School (Blk 1), #01-10, Singapore 737912
• Acknowledgement will be sent via email upon receipt of entries. Hence, please ensure that a valid email address is submitted in your entry form. Kindly inform SAA immediately if you do not receive any confirmation within 2 working days of your submission of entries.

Conditions

1. Events with less than three (3) entries received at closing date will be cancelled
2. Athlete is to indicate his/her personal best performance in the entry form
3. Please collect the number tags from the SAA Administration counter at the competition venue.
4. TRACK EVENTS
   • All competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 30 minutes before the Start of each event
   • The competitor will not be allowed to compete if he/ she reports to the Starter directly without first reporting to the Call Room Judges
5. FIELD EVENTS
6. Horizontal Jumps and Throws competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 45 minutes before the Start of each event
7. High Jump and Pole Vault competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 60 minutes before the Start of each event
8. The competitor will NOT be accepted if he/ she reports to the event arena directly without first reporting to the Call Room Judges
