Any Singaporean athletes aside from the National Team who wishes to seek sanction for this meet please forward your request to SAA by latest 28th May 2013, and on your own accord arrange the entry form(s) and traveling arrangement with the organizer. Sanctioning will be considered and approved only by SAA Training & Selection on a case by case basis.
