Singapore Athletics has developed the fifth instalment of the Exercise Workout Routine. We hope to assist children not being able to attend school during the coronavirus outbreak.
Please be reminded that adult supervision is required.
This is only a recommended exercise video routine and your child should perform it at their own pace.
