Technical meeting is on 26 Apr at Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, Level 4, Room Roxy One at 10am.

If you are unable to attend the technical meeting, collection of race bib is at Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, 9am to 6pm.

Minimum age – 13 (i.e. those born in 2004 & earlier), athlete need to meet qualifying mark in order for registration.

Eligibility:

Only SA affiliated clubs are allow to participate

*Please note that 20km Race Walk will be held out of stadium

**Qualifying window starts from 1 July 2016 to 7 April 2017, result must attained from SA sanctioned event and oversea sanction competition

20km Women Race walk – 2 hours 10 mins
5000m Men Run – 18 mins
5000m Women Run – 20 mins
10000m Men Run – 38 mins
10000m Women Run – 40 mins
