The IAAF Diamond League moves to London, England. The city Crystal Palace held the two-day event at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.

The meet highlight would probably Tyson Gay’s sublime 9.78 seconds world leading time in the men’s 100m.

Despite home ground support, there were disappointment as crowd favorite, double European distance champion Mo Farah, and triple jumper Phillips Idowu; both British, wasn’t in the best of form.
