Extension of 19th Asia Masters Athletics Championship 2016 registration with late entry imposed

1. Late entries are accepted from local and non local participants until 18 March 2016, 6pm. (We will NOT be accepting any more entries after this date)

2. Participants who wish to register will have to pay late entry fee and the fixed fee on top of it which includes the AMA fee and LOC fee.

3. Fixed fee + Late entry fees:

Fixed Fee

• AMA fee – $10 USD
• LOC fee – $ 5 USD
• Total : $30 USD

Late entry fee

• First event – $15 USD
• Second event – $15 USD
• Third event – $15 USD
• Fourth event – $15 USD

4. Photocopy of passport / NRIC is required.

5. Doctor’s letter to certify that participate is fit to participate for the event.

6. Please sent both your hard and soft copy entry forms to Singapore Athletics Office, 3 Stadium Drive, #01-33, Singapore 39763 and SAA.
