The Goh Chok Tong Youth Promise Award (GCTYPA) and Special Achievement Award (SAA) Ceremony which will be held on 18 October 2014.
Dr Yaacob Ibrahim, Minister for Communications and Information and Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs will be officiating the ceremony.
