IAAF CECS Level I Lecturers Course, 27 – 31 December 2013

The SAA is inviting all those who are eligible to apply for this IAAF CECS Level 1 Lecturer Course to be held from the 27th – 31st December in Jakarta. Applicants shortlisted by the Association would be interviewed by our Training & Selection panel, chaired by SAA Vice-President Training & Selection, before the successful candidate(s) is/are chosen to attend this course.

Interested applicants will have to send their application via email to apply together with their Resume in coaching attached for our consideration. The email application will have to reach SAA Chief, Sports Development & Performance, Mr Loh Chan Pew (lohchanpew@gmail.com) by the deadline on 6th of Dec 2013, 12 noon.

Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed on 8th December 2013. Time and venue of the interview are to be advised once the shortlist is confirmed.

Dear Sirs,

I have the pleasure to inform you that the IAAF MSD has planned to organize an IAAF CECS Level I Lecturer Course at the RDC-Jakarta on 27 – 31 December 2013, to be conducted by Mr. Abdel Malek El-Hebil from the IAAF.

In that regard, I would like to invite all the Athletics Federations affiliated to the RDC-Jakarta to nominate one candidate to attend the Course, with the following prerequisite:

1. Athletics Coaching background and at a minimum must have attended and passed the IAAF Level I Coaches Course.
2. Candidate should be in a good physical condition and should be prepared to participate in the physical and practical aspects of the course.
3. Must be a good-and-active athletics Coach until now.
4. Preferably have education experience as a teacher of skill learning.
5. Have good relation and communication with the Athletics Federation.
6. After have successfully passed this Course, he/she must be available to lecture in their respective countries or other countries when required.

Please submit the names of the candidates to , and should be received by the IAAF RDC-Jakartanot later than 12 December 2013 (we could not tolerate incoming applicants after that date due to the limited time). For countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka please include copies of their valid passports.

Please kindly arrange the  nominee’s itinerary and purchase their return tickets, economy class, arriving on 26th December 2013 and leaving the 01st January 2014. Prior to purchasing the economy ticket it is appreciated if you could send quotation price of the airticket for subsequent approval to RDC-Jakarta. The approved airtickets will be reimbursed upon arrival Jakarta.

Board and lodging of participants during the course will be covered by the IAAF RDC-Jakarta at a Hotel in Jakarta.

For picking up service arrangement at the airport, the nominees’ flight schedule should be adviced.
