New U20 men 5000m record by Lui Yuan Chow (Born 1999). He ran 15:18.89 at Victorian 5K Champs earlier to finish 2nd position, to erase the old HT mark of 15:19.0 by Mirza Namazie (Born 1950) set in 1967.Lui is also U20 1500m & U18 1500/3000m record holder.
Record is pending ratifcation by SA
