Dear athletes, coaches and members of the athletics community,
Sharing an update following the recent extension of the stabilisation phase.
1. SGP National Championships
Under the stabilisation phase SMM rules, each heat would only be permitted 2 competitors, making the overall meet extend over several weekends and reducing the meet experience. With these constraints, we felt it would be best to reschedule to a later date.
New dates: The Singapore National Championships 2021 which was initially scheduled for this weekend 30 and 31 October will now be postponed to mid-January, 2022 (tbc). Registrations will reopen again in December 2021.
2. Other competitions for Nov, Dec 2021
Depending on prevailing SMM, all athletes should at least have one more competition opportunity by the end of the year.
Performance Trial will take place this weekend by invitation for selected events to allow elite athletes a chance to clock timings.
All-Comers Meet 5 will take place on 27 and 28 November, 2021 and will be a selected events meet. (Registration in the next two weeks)
At the Club Zoom Kindred Spirit Series on 11 and 12 December, 2021 the rest of the events will be available. (Registration in the next month via Club Zoom website, Link here)
