For Day 1 of our National Championships, seven new Championships Records were established. The results and CR as follows:

  2. Event 103 Women Shot Put (4kg) Under 23 – Lee, Shin Yan Hann 20 Nanyang Polytechnic 12.22m
  3. Event 105 Women Long Jump Under 23 – Nurul, Jannah 20 Swift 5.40m 1.9m/s
  4. Event 106 Women 100 Meter Hurdles (0.838m) Under 23 – Prasad, Dipna Lim 21 Unattached 14.81 1.4m/s
  5. Event 110 Men 22&U 400 Meter Hurdles (0.914m) Under 23 – Liew, Zhan Wen 19 Temasek Polytechnic 1:00.82
