A 22-strong Team Singapore athletics will be leaving for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this Thursday for the 8th edition of the SEA Youth Championship.
17 of our top youth athletes accompanied by 5 officials will be vying for top honours at this regional track and field competition.
At the last edition of the Championship in 2012, Singapore who played host won 21 medals to be crowned overall champion amongst the 9 teams that participated.

SEA Youth 2012
21 medals (1 gold, 10 silver, 10 bronze) 81 athletes (U18 59 athletes & U21 22 athletes). Team Singapore crowned overall champion hosted at CCK stadium.
SEA Junior 2011
12 medals (4 gold, 3 silver, 5 bronze) 27 athletes (16 boys & 11 girls). Hosted at Madya Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia.
SEA Junior 2010
6 medals (2 gold, 1 silver, 3 bronze). Hosted at Thammasat University Sport Complex, Bangkok, Thailand.
