Shot Put, Javelin and Hurdles added to Special Trial for SEA Youth qualification

Dear coaches and athletes,

In addition to the Hammer throw and 1000m event for both the boys and girls U18 to be contested on April 14, we have also included the girls U18 Shot Put (3kg), Javelin (500g) events and hurdles events for 100mH, 110mH, 400mH for all the boys and girls. This is to give these athletes one last chance to be selected for the Singapore SEA Youth team. Some of these events are not contested in the National Schools Championships.

Special Trial events contested on 14th April as below

• Shot Put Girls 3kg
• Javelin Throw Girls 500g
• 100m Hurdles Girls 0.762m
• 110m Hurdles Boys 0.914m
• 400m Hurdles Girls 0.762m
• 400m Hurdles Boys 0.840m
