#RunItBlue is a free-to-run virtual race promoting the importance of mental well-being while staying physically healthy during these unprecedented times by POCARI SWEAT.
In conjunction with NDP 55, let’s unite to raise up to $2,000 for Silver Ribbon, a non-profit mental health organization. Donation is based on the total kilometres clocked from runners over 25 Jul – 9 Aug.
There will also be a mass virtual flag off on 25 Jul 7am, FREE expert talks on mental and physical wellness, as well as prizes to be won.
