Dear Club representatives,
It is with regret that we inform you of the cancellation of the U18/U20 Championships due to a low-rate of sign-ups.
To maximise the number of participants, we have already (1) extended the registration period; (2) waived the QM, but most events still did not meet the minimum requirement of three competitors, hence we could not carry on with the competition.
The competition was originally scheduled for April but had to be shifted to September due to COVID constraints earlier. Moving forward, we would reschedule the U18/U20 National Championships back to its usual period.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage your club and athletes’ participation at the Singapore National Championships in October.
