A Sprint Races Models Workshop for coaches conducted by National Head Coach, Luis Cunha and Apprentices Coaches Alfred Sim & Fabian William will take place on Saturday, 23 April at SSI Seminar Room from 3pm – 5pm.
The workshop is suitable for coaches at all levels and it covers the key components that make up efficient sprinting, namely:

• Block Mechanics
• Acceleration & drive phase and
• Maximum velocity & maintenance phase
The session is FREE to coaches from schools and clubs.
Elite and Senior athletes are also invited to attend as the workshop is also ideal for sprint athletes who wish to improve their skills.
