Sprint Relay Workshop for Coaches (SSI Seminar Room / Sports Hub Library)

A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Saturday, 12 March at SSI Seminar Room from 3pm – 5pm.

This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including – The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique.

It will be conducted by National Head Coach, Luis Cunha and Apprentices Coaches Alfred Sim & Fabian William.
