Pesta Sukan updated startlist changes are:

- Updates includes removing the protested DNS from the finals (The protest was reviewed & justifiable).

Men Open 4x100m relay
Girls U14 and U12 4x60m Shuttle Hurdles relay
4x100m relay Men Open cancelled due to one team only
The below mentioned events will not take place as it was not in the original schedule:
Youth 4x60m Shuttle Relay Boys U12
Youth 4x60m Shuttle Relay Girls U12
