Dear all carded and high performance athletes,
Temporary closure of SSI Sports Medicine Centre from 3 – 13 July 2014
It is my pleasure to inform you that the Sports Medicine Centre will move over to our new premises at Sports Hub in July 2014.
This move will involve the medical, physiotherapy and rehabilitation departments. At the same time, we will be upgrading to a new Medical Record System to better serve the needs of our athletes.
In view of this massive move and upgrading, we seek your understanding that the Sports Medicine Centre will not be functioning for a number of days but we will try our best to minimise the downtime to reduce inconveniences to our athletes.
The Sports Medicine Clinic will be closed from 03 July 2014 and re-open on 14 July 2014.
During this period of downtime, the athletes will be diverted to see the Sports Physicians and Physiotherapists at our Sports Medicine Network Hospitals, namely:
- Khoo Teck Puat Hospital
Tan Tock Seng Hospital
Changi General Hospital
For referrals to see Sports Physicians at the 3 network Hospitals, athletes can call our hotline 6500 5450 during this period of downtime.
For emergency cases, the athletes can seek immediate medical attention at any Government Hospital A&E services.
