SAA will be offering FREE Track and Fields workshop to the first 20 entries (or by 1st Jun 2011 whichever comes first) conducted by our guest consultant, Mr. Gunter Lange from the 20th June 2011 to the 1 Jul 2011.

PROGRAMME

The workshop will consist of the following topics:

1. Build Up Phase (BUP) 20 – 28 June 2011
BUP I 15 – 16 yrs old 20 Jun
BUP II 17 – 19 yrs old
Sprints 21 – 22 Jun
Jumps 23 – 24 Jun
Throws 25 – 26 Jun
Distance 27 – 28 Jun
Each participant will take part in 1 day BUPI and 2 days BUPII.

2. Training Planning
Design and planning of Microcycle Construction 29 Jun – 1 Jul

PRE-REQUISITE
Pre-requisite for participating in this course is IAAF Level 1 and NCAP 1.

FEES
Fee for this workshop is $200 per person. Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the workshop.
