Course 1: Modern Sprints & Jumps Training Workshop

Date: Sat 19 Feb 2011 – Wed 23 Feb 2011 (5 days of 7 hours) Due to the rescheduling of SAA Track & Field Series 2, the dates of course are changed to Sat 12 Feb, Sun 13 Feb, Mon 21 Feb – Web 23 Feb This workshop is over

Time: Morning: 8:00am – 12:00pm and Evening: 7:00pm – 10:00pm

Venue: SAA Conference Room @ Singapore Sports School

Fees: $100.00

Remarks:

  1. Please register via email SAA providing your Full Name, NRIC No, Contact Number, Coaching Qualification and best performance of best athlete in 2010.
  2. Limited to 35 participants.
  3. Priority given to coaches with athletes whose performances in 2010 are within 6% of 2009 SEA Games 3rd placing marks.
  4. Discount will be given to coaches with athletes whose performances in 2010 are within 6% of 2009 SEA Games 3rd placing marks. (Meet qualifying Mark – Free, 2% – 50% disc, 4% – 30% disc, 6% – 15% disc.)

Course 2: Training Planning Workshop

Date: Thu 10 , Fri 11, Mon 14 – Fri 18 Feb 2011 (7 days of 7 hours) This workshop is over

Time: Morning: 8:00am – 12:00pm and Evening: 7:00pm – 10:00pm (No evening session on Tue 15 Feb)

Venue: SAA Conference Room @ Singapore Sports School

Fees: $140.00

  2. Limited to 35 participants.

Background of Günter Lange: –

  • Technical Director and Advisor to many countries over the last 17 years including Thailand and Indonesia;
  • Produced multiple SEA Games Gold Medalists and World Champions (with World record in 5000m);
  • In charge of various sports development projects all over the world ;
  • Published numerous research papers on sports and exercise science and training methodology.
