Changes:

    1. Added Men Masters and Women Masters 100m in Day 2 AM

    2. Throws adjustment:

      a. Day 1 am – Javelin Women & Discus Men

      b. Day 1 pm – Javelin Men & Shotput Women

      c. Day 2 am – Hammer Men & Women

      d. Day 2 pm – Discus Women & Shotput Men

    3. Entry form with season best and personal best add for seeding purpose
