Valerie Adams, the reigning Olympic, World and Commonwealth Shot Putter Champion will be in Singapore from 21st September to 5th October, in preparation for the upcoming Commonwealth Games.
The 25-year-old who holds a personal best of 21.07m is holding a closed workshop, and you’re invited.

This is an ideal opportunity for athletes and coaches to learn from the Olympic Gold medalist, and her coach.
