Dear Parents,
Singapore Athletics Kids’ Club has developed a second instalment of the KA Exercise Workout Routine.
With children spending more time at home, the video would encourage them to keep moving, stay healthy and positive.
These exercises are easy, fun and suitable for children as young as 5 years old. Please check our website weekly for a variety of exercise routines available.
