Instructions to Teachers, Coaches and Individuals for Registration:

Download a copy of the Registration Form Excel Template

- – according to the age categories that you are signing up for – [J2 & J1 Divisions] for the kids events; [Masters] for the Masters events. DO NOT edit directly into the Templates in this folder.
2) Consolidate your school’s / club’s entry into your downloaded Form, and email the completed Form to Competition Secretary, Mr Jairus Ng, at: registerforevent.314@gmail.com.
3) Also within the same email, kindly send a screenshot / saved PDF of your fees payment transaction, in order to have your submission validated and confirmed.
