This workshop will consist of a short introductory talk by Mr Govindaraju, an IAAF Walk Judge, on the Rules of Race Walking and Dr. Leong (SAA Chairman of Race-Walking) on the Basic Biomechanics and Technique in Race Walking, followed by a practical demonstration on the technique of race walking itself by various experienced walkers.
